THE DIAMOND PRICE GUARANTEE
This guarantee is an invitation to excellence, applicable only prior to your final purchase. To verify a competing offer, we require a formal presentation to our Consultants consisting of:

• A contemporary grading report from the GIA or AGSL.

• A direct link to the publicly accessible website offer.
   

CRITERIA FOR COMPARISON
To maintain the integrity of our collection, the competing diamond must mirror the exact characteristics of the Desi Diamonds & Co. selection—including carat weight, cut, color, clarity, fluorescence, and symmetry. Desi Diamonds & Co. reserves the exclusive right to decide, in our sole discretion, if a stone is truly comparable.

REQUIREMENTS FOR VERIFICATION

• Active Status: The competing offer must be available to any member of the public and remain in effect at the moment of verification.

• Currency: All comparisons must be conducted in the same currency.

• Certification: Competing stones must carry a GIA or AGSL report dated within the last two (2) years.

• Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to colored diamonds, pawn shops, or auction houses.
   

LIMITATIONS OF THE OFFER
The Desi Diamonds & Co. price is calculated after all internal rewards or promotional adjustments. We do not match secondary market incentives, such as bundled products, "buy one, get one" offers, or loyalty programs. Time-limited events—including liquidation, clearance, or "door-buster" sales—are ineligible.

PROTOCOL & DURATION
Should Desi Diamonds & Co. elect to match a competitor’s price, that specific offer remains valid for exactly 48 hours. This guarantee is intended solely for personal use and does not apply to commercial resale or professional buyers.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Desi Diamonds & Co. reserves the right to verify all documentation and to refuse an adjustment if the competing offer cannot be authenticated to our standards. We retain the right to deny requests, modify these terms, or terminate the Price Guarantee program at any moment.
