Order Cancellations
 

Because our pieces are handcrafted with a production timeline of 21–28  days, we allow a grace period for changes or cancellations before your piece enters production.

• Standard Items: Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Custom & Personalized Designs: These begin the design and sourcing phase immediately. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours. After this window, a restocking or labor fee may apply if work has already commenced, as these pieces are made to order.

• Late Cancellations: Once an order has moved into the casting or stone-setting phase (typically after 72 hours), it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds & Returns

 

We are pleased to offer a full refund for eligible purchases made on desidiamondschicago.com under the following terms:

• Condition: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip. Items must be received unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition.

• Final Sale: Personalized and custom designs are Final Sale. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless a manufacturer defect is identified upon arrival.

• Processing Your Refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser via the original form of payment.

  • Cash Purchases: Refunded via company check.

  • Gifts: Recipients are eligible for merchandise credit only.
