Return Eligibility:

Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in original packaging, including any certificates, documentation, and accessories

• The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Engraved jewelry

• Items that have been altered, resized, or modified after purchase

• Items showing signs of wear or damage

• Any item returned without original packaging or certification

Return Authorization:

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@desidiamondsco.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Desi Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your eligible purchase and place a new order.
